Choose limits of liability according to your needs ranging from $100,000 per claim/$300,000 per year up to $5,000,000 per claim/$5,000,000 per year.
• You can choose whether you would like your policy to pay defense costs within or outside your limits of liability. First dollar defense coverage is also available.
• Defendant’s reimbursement coverage - Up to $500 per day to each insured for attendance at trials, hearings or arbitration proceedings up to $10,000 per claim.
• Disciplinary proceeding reimbursement coverage - Up to $10,000 per policy period.
