David E. Boedker, Sr.
Mr. Boedker has held various positions in KIG since 1987 and has been the President and Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) of KIG since January 1999. Mr. Boedker is also President and CEO of KRM, KFS, KBS and KCI, as well as Chairman of KCI’s Board of Directors. In addition, Mr. Boedker has been an officer and member of the Board of Directors of Associated Insurance Management, Inc., Danville, PA, since 1986.
Chief Financial Officer:
Michael J. Azar
Mr. Azar has been the Chief Operating Officer (“COO”) and Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) of KIG since February 2000 and Treasurer of KIG since 2004. He is also the COO, CFO, Secretary and Treasurer of KCI; as well as a member of KCI’s Board of Directors. In addition he has been the Treasurer and a member of the Board of Managers of KFBR since July 2002. From 1987 to 1999, Mr. Azar was the COO and CFO of Bowers, Schumann & Welch, Inc., Bethlehem, PA and Washington, NJ.
Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing:
Colin R. Buzzard
Mr. Buzzard is the Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing. He was the Senior Vice President of Marketing and Franchise Relations of KIG since January, 2000. From 1999 to 2000, he served as marketing manager of Donegal Insurance Group, Marietta, PA. From 1995 to 1999, he served as the Vice President of Marketing of W.R. Berkley, Erie, PA. From 1973 to 1995, Mr. Buzzard held various marketing and underwriting positions with Aetna Life & Casualty, in Fairfax, VA, Pittsburgh, PA, Hartford, CT, Charlotte, NC, Lubbock, TX, and Wheeling, WV.
Executive Vice President of Property & Casualty:
Joseph P. Joyce
Mr. Joyce is the Executive Vice President of Property & Casualty. He was the Vice President of Property Casualty & Programs of KIG since February, 2000. In addition, Mr. Joyce has been a member of the Board of Directors of KCI and KNIC since 2004 and is Chairman of the Agency Management Committee of KNIC. From 1999 to 2000, he was Vice President of Commercial Underwriting for W.R. Berkley, Richmond, VA. From 1982 to 1999, Mr. Joyce held various marketing and underwriting positions within Ohio Casualty, Glendale, CA; North Hollywood, CA; Long Beach, CA; and Philadelphia, PA; including Branch Manager of Harrisburg, PA and Agency Operations Manager of PA and CT.
Executive Vice President of
Corporate Development: George Wynne
Mr. Wynne is the Executive Vice President of Corporate Development. He was the Senior Executive of Corporate Development of KIG since January 2005. From 2003 to 2004, he was Vice Chairman and CEO of W.R. Berkley Corp., Richmond, VA. From 1995 to 2003, he was President & CEO of W.R. Berkley, Richmond, VA. From 1991 to 1994 he was Senior Vice President Agency Division of Erie Insurance Company, Erie, PA. From 1985-1990 he was VP and Branch Manager of Indiana for Erie Insurance, and from 1971 to 1984, he held various positions in claims and sales management with Erie Insurance.
Vice President of Carrier Relations: David Keller
Mr. Keller is a 25-year veteran of the insurance industry. He joined KIG as Vice President of Carrier Relations in August 2010 after spending four years with Harleysville Insurance Group where he served as Relationship Manager for KIG. Mr. Keller was employed by Berkley Mid-Atlantic Group for eight years where he held positions as Personal Lines and Marketing Vice President. In addition Keller spent 13 years with Hartford Insurance Group in various roles.
Vice President of Pennsylvania:
Jacqueline L. Kovach
Ms. Kovach is the Vice President of Pennsylvania. She was the State Manager of Pennsylvania of KIG since July 2004. Prior to that she was Agency Services Manager of KIG since May 2001. From December 2000 to May 2001, she was the Resident Territory Manager – P/L for Penn National Insurance, Pittsburgh, PA. From March 1998 to December 2000, she was the Field Marketing Representative for Donegal Companies, Marietta, PA. From August 1985 to March 1998, she was the Office Manager for Jack L. Bonus Insurance of Zelienople, PA.
Vice President of North Carolina:
James Trotter
Mr. Trotter is the Vice President of North Carolina. He was the State Manager of North Carolina of KIG since November 2004. From 1982 to October 2004, he held various positions with Travelers Indemnity Company of Charlotte, NC, including: Agency Manager of Personal Lines, Account Analyst, Supervising Underwriter, Senior Personal Lines Underwriter and Personal Lines Underwriter.
Vice President of Virginia:
Cheryl Brooks
Ms. Brooks is the Vice President of Virginia. She was the State Manager of Virginia of KIG since March 2006. Prior to joining KIG she was vice president of marketing at Landin, INC,/Divers & Associates from March 2001 to March 2006. From April 1988 to March 2001 she held various positions at Divers & Associates, Inc., including director of agency services, assistant to the president, and vice president. From November 1985 to June 1987 she held various positions at Consolidated Healthcare, Inc. From December 1980 to May 1984 she was employed by the State of Virginia Bureau of Insurance.
Vice President of Indiana:
Neal E. Williams
Mr. Williams has been the Vice President of Indiana since January 2009. Prior to joining KIG he was with Indiana Farmers Mutual Insurance Co in Indianapolis, IN where he was the Field Marketing Manager from 1997 to 2008. He also held the positions of Assistant Vice President of Underwriting from 1992-1997, Claims Manager from 1990-1992 and Claims Representative from 1988-1990 while at Farmers. Mr. Williams is also an Adjunct Faculty Member of Indiana Wesleyan University and a CPCU Instructor.
Vice President of Ohio:
Angela Engelke
Ms. Engelke has been the Vice President of Ohio since January 2009. She joins KIG with 15 years industry experience, 10 of which were with Cincinnati Insurance in Fairfield, OH. She served as Chief Underwriting Specialist Commercial Lines from 2008-2009, Underwriting Superintendent from 2004-2008, Underwriting Specialist from 2002-2004, Senior Underwriter from 1999-2002, and Commercial Lines Underwriter from 1996-1999. Prior to joining Cincinnati Ms. Engelke was with the Alexander Patterson Group in Cincinnati as the billing manager from 1994-1996.
Vice President of Kentucky:
Nancy Tehan
Ms. Tehan, CPCU, has been the Vice President of Kentucky since September 2009. Ms. Tehan brings 30+ years of industry experience to KIG. She has held various positions with Aetna/Travelers, such as Regional Director of Personal Insurance, Agency Manager, Personal Insurance and Agency Development Representative. Ms. Tehan is member of the CPCU Society and is also affiliated with the Cincinnati Insurance Board.
Vice President, Contract Management:
Glenn Pletz
Mr. Pletz is the Vice President of Contract Management. He was the Underwriting Manager of Profit & Growth of KIG since August 2003. From 2000 to July 2003 he was a Commercial Lines Production Underwriter with Donegal Insurance Company, Marietta, PA. From 1995 to 1999 he was the Commercial Lines Territory Manager with W.R. Berkley, Erie, PA. From 1984 to 1994 he was a commercial lines underwriter and re-underwriter with Erie Insurance Group of Erie, PA.
Vice President Loss Management:
Ralph Sitterson
Mr. Sitterson has 27 years of experience in the insurance industry. He joined KIG in August 2008 after spending 15 years with W.R. Berkley Mid-Atlantic Group. During his tenure at Berkley, he served as the Vice President for Chesapeake Insurance Company from 1993-1999 and Claim Vice President for W.R. Berkley Group beginning in 1999. Mr. Sitterson has held various claims and management positions with Royal Insurance in Richmond, VA, Philadelphia, PA and Charlotte, NC.
Vice President of Client Services:
Lea Ann Hawk
Ms. Hawk is the Vice President of Client Services. She was the Operations Manager of KIG since February 2005. From 2004 to 2005 she was a Sales Producer and Office Manager with the Rennie Rodarmel Agency, Muncy, PA. From 1999 to 2003 she held positions with Citibank Delaware, New Castle, DE; including Customer Service Group Manager and Retail Lockbox Manager. From 1998 to 1999 she was Human Resources Director with Farmers & Mechanics National Bank, Frederick, MD. From 1987 to 1998 she was in a variety of human resources and bank operations management positions with CoreStates of Philadelphia, PA.
Vice President, Specialty Programs:
Brian K. Brusoski
Mr. Brusoski is the Vice President - Program Division. He was the Specialty Programs Manager of KIG since March 2006. From September 2003 to March 2006, he was the Association Manager for State Auto Insurance Group, Columbus, OH. From 1991 to 2003, he held various positions within Harleysville Insurance Group (Columbus, Pittsburgh, Baltimore), such as Branch Underwriting/Service Manager, Marketing Manager and Field Underwriter. From 1988 to 1991, he was employed by Travelers Insurance Company (Columbus, Hartford) as Senior Commercial Lines Analyst — Middle Market.
Chief Technology Officer: Bob Scullin
Mr. Scullin joined KIG in July 2009. He owned his own consulting company from 1998 — 2009. He has held various positions with a few local internet service providers.
SUBSIDIARY MANAGEMENT
Chuck Lengle, Executive Vice President of Keystone Risk Managers
Mr. Lengle has been Vice President of Keystone Risk Managers, LLC, since 2003. Prior to joining Keystone Insurers Group, Mr. Lengle spent 12 years as Vice President, AON. He also spent time with Marsh, Inc., in New York City.
Robert Sutter, President, Keystone Legacy Development
Mr. Sutter has been President of Keystone Legacy Development since August 2007. Prior to joining Keystone Insurers Group, Mr. Sutter was a successful producer, sales trainer, and agency manager in two of the South's premiere regional brokerage firms. He is founder and president of Cross Sight Training which, since 1996, has trained and coached salespeople in more than fifty of the Nation's leading agencies and brokerage houses.
Erica Grimm, Vice President of Employee Benefits
Ms. Grimm joined Keystone in February 2010 as the Vice President of Employee Benefits. Prior to joining Keystone Insurers Group, she was employed as Broker Relationship Manager for Emerson, Reid & Company for seven years. Ms. Grimm spent five years as the Director of Broker Operations for The Hartman Group in Williamsport, PA. She currently serves as National Chair for Chapter Development and also served as State President of the Association of Health Underwriters from 2005-2007.

Sarah Bainbridge, Program Division Administrator
Ms. Bainbridge is located in Corporate Headquarters, she is responsible for providing support to the Program Division.
Beth Bedisky, IT, Marketing & Education Specialist
Ms. Bedisky is located in Corporate Headquarters, she is responsible for website administration, digital and traditional marketing, as well as education for Keystone Corporate and their franchise partners.
Holly Bedisky, Profitability and Growth Coordinator
Ms. Bedisky is located in Corporate Headquarters, she is responsible for supporting underwriting, profitability and growth initiatives.
Valerie Campbell, KAM/Special Projects Coordinator
Ms. Campbell is located in Corporate HQ and is responsible for the coordination of Keystone Agency Management and IT and Finance and Acquisition Projects. She will also coordinate the College Intern Program.
Melanie Carr, Program Division Coordinator
Ms. Carr is located in Corporate Headquarters, she is the liaison for agency partners and program carriers in the Program Division.
Ileana Diaz, Agency Services Coordinator
Ms. Diaz is located in Corporate Headquarters. She is responsible for primarily supporting Pennsylvania agency partners.
Tanya Drennen, Agency Services Coordinator
Ms. Drennen is located in Corporate Headquarters, she is responsible for primarily supporting North Carolina agency partners.
Denise Herbert, Agency Services Coordinator
Ms. Herbert is located in Corporate Headquarters, she is
responsible for primarily supporting Ohio agency partners.
Nathan Hettinger, Technical Analyst
Mr. Hettinger is located in Corporate Headquarters, he is
the first point of contact for internal staff with regard to IT issues.
Kelly Hockenbrough, Benefits & Financial Services Coordinator
Ms. Hockenbrough is located in Corporate Headquarters. She is responsible for primarily supporting the Benefits and Financial Services Division.
Pamela Krohn, Controller
Ms. Krohn is located in Corporate Headquarters. She is responsible for accounting, payroll and purchasing.
Kristie Lee, Executive Administrator
Ms. Lee is located in Corporate Headquarters and is responsible for administrative support to senior management.
Christine Rudy, Profitability Analyst
Ms. Rudy is located in Corporate Headquarters, she is responsible for the analysis of losses and underwriting, profitability and growth initiatives.
Merrill Snyder, Profitability and Growth Coordinator
Mr. Snyder is located in Corporate Headquarters, he is responsible for supporting underwriting, profitability and growth initiatives.
Angela Summers, Administrative Support
Ms. Summers is located in Corporate Headquarters, she is working with Pamela Krohn in the accounting department as well as providing administrative support throughout Corporate Headquarters.
KEYSTONE RISK MANAGERS
Barbara Kressler, Commercial Accounts Manager
Ms. Kressler, CPCU, CIC, CPIA, CWCA is located in Corporate Headquarters and is responsible for providing market information on middle to large commercial lines account opportunities, for support on service and submission needs. She joined the KIG team in April 2005. Prior to that, she held the position of an office manager in Orangeville, PA. From May 1989 to December 1997 she was a Commercial Account Manager at Hutchison Insurance Agency, Bloomsburg, PA. She is an active member of the National Association of Insurance Women, International, most recently serving as the Pennsylvania State Director. She recently received the prestigious AAMGA Association Award for her commitment to education, leadership and mentoring.
Cindy Dietterick, Account Manager
Ms. Dietterick, CISR, CPIA, is located in Corporate Headquarters and is responsible for providing market information on middle to large commercial lines account opportunities, for support on service and submission needs. She joined the KIG team in January 2010. Ms. Dietterick brings with her 6+ years of industry experience.

Ms Yaple, CISR is located in Corporate Headquarters and is responsible for providing market information on middle to large commercial lines account opportunities, for support on service and submission needs. She joined the Risk Solutions team in 2007.
