Ms. Powell has been the Agency Services Manager of Keystone Insurers Group since May 21, 2001.  From December 11, 2000 to May 21, 2001 she was the Resident Territory Manager-P/L for Penn National Insurance, Pittsburgh, PA.  From March 9, 1998 to December 8, 2000 she was the Field Marketing Representative for Donegal Companies, Marietta, PA.  From August 26, 1985 to March 6, 1998 she was the Office Manager for Jack L. Bomus Insurance of Zelienople, PA.

Bill’s responsibility within Keystone is improving experience and assuring that claims are properly resolved.  He spent 33 years with General Accident, most of them as Manager of the Harrisburg operation.  He holds a casualty license in Pennsylvania, an Adjusting License in Delaware and the American Educational Institute’s designation of FCLS, Fraud Claim Law Specialist.

Bill will serve as corporate liaison between KIG partners and our carriers on claim-related issues and he will be charged with reviewing loss back-up and claim activity within offices.  He will monitor loss performance and identify critical areas requiring rehabilitation.
