Mr. Boedker has been President of Keystone Insurers Group, Inc. since January, 1999. He has also been Executive Director since 1987. Mr. Boedker has also been President and a Director of Associated Insurance Management, Inc., Danville, PA since 1989.

Chief Operations Officer

Mr. Azar has been the Chief Operations Officer of Keystone Insurers Group, Inc. since February 2000. From 1999 to 2000, he was the Chief Implementation Officer of Bowers, Schumann & Welch, Inc., Bethlehem, PA and Washington, NJ. From 1996 to 1999, he was Vice President and, from 1987 to 1995, he was the Chief Financial Officer of Bowers, Schumann & Welch.

Senior Vice President of Marketing and Franchise Relations: Colin R. Buzzard

Mr. Buzzard has been the Senior Vice President of Marketing and Franchise Relations of Keystone Insurers Group, Inc. since January 2000. From 1999 to 2000, he served as Marketing Manager of Donegal Insurance Group, Marietta, PA. From 1995 to 1999, he served as Vice President of Marketing of W.R. Berkley, Erie, PA. From 1973 to 1995, Mr. Buzzard held various marketing underwriting and management positions with Aetna Life & Casualty, in Fairfax, VA, Pittsburgh, PA, Hartford, CT, Charlotte, NC, Lubbock, TX, and Wheeling, WV.

Vice President, Program Division: Joseph P. Joyce, CPCU

Mr. Joyce has been the Vice President of the Program Division of Keystone Insurers Group, Inc. since February, 2000. From 1999 to 2000, he was the Vice President of Commercial Underwriting for W. R. Berkley, Richmond, VA. From 1982 to 1999, Mr. Joyce held various marketing and underwriting positions within Ohio Casualty in Philadelphia, PA, Glendale, CA, North Hollywood, CA, and Long Beach, CA, including Branch Manager of Harrisburg, PA and Agency Operations Manager of Pennsylvania and Connecticut.
